Imagine, your favorite site doesn't work. You submit a bug report, and with a few days someone fixed it.
But now you have to wait until @dobbelina releases a new version update.
You can download the fixed file yourself, search for the usb drive that's always lost when you need it.
Copy the file, put the drive in the device like your tv running Android, your Nvidia Shield, your Raspberry Pi or whatever.
And overwrite the file in the Cumination folder...and enjoy the site again.
But after all that trouble, you aren't horny anymore.
(I know, network transfer and stuff.....but you still need a computer or something to download the fixed file.)
Well, hold on to your butts, here is Github Master Downloader:
With this Custom 'site' you can download the current state of the repo (and Cumination), with all the latest fixes and commits, from Cumination itself. So you don't have to leave your couch.
It downloads the master.zip (you know, this one https://github.com/dobbelina/repository.dobbelina/archive/refs/heads/master.zip) to the Kodi temp folder.
After that, you can Open Filemanager, and it loads in the left panel the Temp folder with the downloaded master.zip.
You can open that zip within Filemanager, and extract/copy whole Cumination, of only that one file that you wanted to have fixed.
In the right panel you still need to go to the /addons/plugin.video.cumination folder.
But to make life easy, in the Github Master Downloader menu, you'll find that it shows what the correct path is.
But all this info, you can also find some sort of instructions, when you open the contextmenu of the custom site in the main sites list, and click 'About site'.
Fun fact, most functions in this (outside the normal Cumination stuff) were written by ChatGPT4.
Yes, you can let it make Kodi addons, if you know what you are doing 🤣
I only tested it on my Win11 laptop and my Odroid N2 running Coreelec.
So, I did a thing 🤣

You can find the zip here: #407 (comment)
Like I have said before, Custom Sites is very powerful, you can do almost anything with it.
