It's probably the most well designed music player out there, and has potential of being even better! Some feature requests that I think are essential:

  1. Now playing screen:
    • Add album title under the song title
    • Tapping the album cover > show lyrics
    • Tapping the song title > show track info
    • Tapping the artist name > show artist's tracks list
    • Tapping the album title > show the album's track list
    • Add favorites button
  2. Add favorites, queue, and recently added tabs or maybe as entries in the playlists tab.
  3. Add crossfade feature.
  4. Add sleep timer.
  5. Add settings backup/restore.
  6. Add embedded lyrics (in the music file) support. First look up for embedded, and if there are no embedded, then look for online or external file ones.
  7. Choose default startup tab has already been reported too.

Keep up the good work! 👍🏻

Thanks for your suggestions!

1 (in form of buttons in track menu), 4, 6 (see #22) and 7 are included in v1.2.0
Queue was already present in expanded player (shuffle mode should be turned off)
Favourites are not planned.
