Default README generation syntax highlighter doesn't know Swift

The jazzy markdown renderer, and more specifically syntax highlighter are able to highlight Swift code appropriately because they inject the rouge plugin into redcarpet.

However, just using the vanilla redcarpet will render language-attributed code blocks incorrectly.
