Implementation

I'll add a many to many field of block user in the user profile model. I'll add a view similar to the following view where anyone who blocks an user will be added to that user's manytomany field.

The implementation of this feature: For example user A blocks User B. Then user B will not be able to search for user A's mumbles, he/she will not be able to search or view User A's profile.
