both for SEO and for just general details, i think we ought bulk up the front page. i'm thinking we replace the three lines of crap with maybe four areas

(1) HPC -- CUDA, OpenCL, accelerators, perf analysis
(2) Networking -- eBPF/XDP, CANbus, 802.11/OpenWRT, LoRa/802.15.4
(3) Systems -- Linux/FreeBSD kernels, Embedded, NUMA/Manycore, ROS / FPGA / CAN
(4) Science -- Numeric computing, Physics simulation, computer vision, machine learning

and also say something about open source!

This should flow with regards to the viewport, but keep the groups together. i.e., on a wide enough screen we want 1 row with 4 groups, but decay to 2x2, and ultimately 4x1.
