Color clock

The color clock runs at half the speed of the CPU, at about 3.5 MHz.

Elementary relationships:

• 1 HIRES pixel = 70 ns
• 1 LORES pixel = 140 ns
• 1 CPU cycle = 140 ns = 1 LORES pixels = 2 HIRES pixels
• 8 bus cycles = 16 LOWRES pixels, 32 HIRES pixels
