Azure LZ v1.0 workshop for SOC/CSIRC newcomers

SOC/CSIRC newcomers just completed the Microsoft SC200 training, and they're very interested in knowing 2 things;

1. Which security services and integrations are built into the LZ v1.0 (Azure) and how are they configured, and
2. Which Azure services are EC DGs using in Azure

Please work with me (Claus) to build a presentation and conduct a workshop on these topics?
Not urgent, but SOC/CSIRC would appreciate a lot. We probably have a lot of this material already from old presentations.
