Report Form Redesign

Describe the idea
We are in-progress of a form redesign for the Observation Reports. This has come directly from the field and will improve the ability for third-parties to quickly scan reports and understand valuable information.

What's your role? Where and how do you currently use the application?
This is a requested feature from multiple field partners.

Have you thought about what it might look like?
In the Observations "Report" section, the layout is more compact with more information up-front and center. There will also be more improvements TBD.
