Chat Error while using self hosting

Hi,
I'm currently testing out your plugin (which looks very interesting) using self hosting. Preliminary testing using the chat interface returns the following error -

The server logs seem to suggest an issue?

There doesn't seem to be any logs generated within the file organiser 2000 logs directory in obsidian.

Testing of some of the automation using the meeting_note template seems to work, so it seems to be an issue with the Chat functionality.

Any suggestions?
