Error generating transcript

Hi guys; love the idea of the plugin - exactly what I was looking for.

I've run into an issue with transcribing, however. When I make a voice note (using the Obsidian Core plugin), Inbox fails to process the file.

Originally, with debugging on, it gave this error:

Now, however, even with debugging on, no error appears to be generated. Not sure what is going on, or how to fix it. I'm using the "one off payment of $15" to trial the plugin before I commit to it (if that matters at all).
