How to generate table with PkHeX
IMPORTANT: PkHeX is a DESKTOP APP for WINDOWS and requires a save file so this will most likely only be possible with games played on an emulator
PkHex is a Pokémon Save File Editor with a load of functionalities:

First, download the executable from the previous link:
Then open up the executable:
Click on File > Open and locate the game's save file:
Seeing all Pokémon that were captured, by box, is one of the core features:
This allows us to have an at-a-glance view of all of the pokemon. From the Tools > Data > Box Data Report we can generate the table:
In the new window select all of the rows and columns by hitting the following keys on the keyboard:
CTRL + A
and the following keys to copy
CTRL + C
You will be prompted to copy the table as a formatted table:
Afterward, you can select the Import Game by Table option, paste the text and apply the changes:
Congrats! Your pokémon should be correctly imported.
