Confirmation msg upon registering

Description of Changes

when a user registers, they will see a confirmation message under the form saying, "Your account is created successfully. Please login to access the website." The confirmation Message is displayed upon registering and disappear after 3 seconds
Along with that it will clear the register form after successful registering.
