Description of the Feature

I want to add Rate us backend to the project

Problem Statement

The user submitting their reatings and comments should be stored in the database along with their usernames.

Proposed Solution

I will make APIs that are necessary for the purpose so that the users get associcated with their comments and ratings.
So that person submitting feedback from the app successfully submit his/her response and receives a confirmation message.
