Describe the solution you'd like

We need a good vignette to explain the subtleties / possibilities around selecting filter_items using eesyapi:

  • How to select a simple combination of filter_items where any rows containing any of the items are returned
  • How to select a combination of filter_items where only rows containing the exact combination of filter items is returned
  • How to combine the above

I'm thinking this should be linked appropriately from the workflow vignette.

Additional context

Linked equivalents for geographies (#43) and time periods (#46).
