Hello everyone,

currently there seem to be problems with fully provisioning AMT over wireless. If you provision a profile via RPC that contains wireless profile data, everything apparently works. As long as the system is active, all actions with AMT (KVM, power-off, etc.) work.

However, if the system is switched off, the system in the AMT dashboard is also completely disconnected. As soon as you connect a LAN cable, everything works wonderfully. Countless attempts have been made with various WLAN data, such as very simple SSIDs and passphrases.

Can you help me with that?

Information:

  • ME-Version 15.0 + 16.1
  • Provisioning Mode: CCM
  • Current Driver Updates
  • Current BIOS
  • Current Firmware
  • Intel NUC 12+13, Dell 9520
  • WLAN Supports vPro
  • MPS: v2.13.8 / RPS: v2.22.0
  • MPS: v2.13.22 / RPS: v2.22.15

Note: A reflash of the firmware components (BIOS,EC,ME,etc) solved the problem on the notebook.

Closing this issue as it has been resolved following a firmware reflash. If you encounter any further issues, feel free to reopen.
