enhancement: ux on microphone input improvement

Description

It's not clear if input it being recorded. It's less clear on how to stop recording and send the query.

Make it so that when people hit the microphone button, it changes into a red stop icon.

Additionally, add some sort of loading animation in the text input to relay to the user that the system is listening. This could just say "listening...". But always choose the more beautiful thing.

Alternatively, we can stream the input.
