• added !shops command which prints all non blacklisted shops listed on AntCheck.info. Can be used with an ISO country code to filter the output by a country. !shops de for example only prints shops located in Germany.
• !userinfo and the spy reaction have been updated so that the output will be unformatted when user names etc. include special characters used by discord to format the output.
• All library dependencies have been checked and updated
