Add optional /:versioniX? parameter to codex and (new) dpid resolver API paths to aid reuse.
Fix bug leading to missing log output
Remove log/server.log accumulator ⚠️
Fix test suite
- Override env for tests to allow passing without having to change the user's env file
- The old suite accidentally used the new code instead of the legacy resolver
