Add support for ClickHouse

We should add support for ClickHouse syntax checking and formatting. There will likely be existing plugins with an existing ClickHouse filetype and ftdetect logic which we should follow. It would in particular be great to be able to syntax check ClickHouse SQL scripts and reformat them.
