SQL to CSV - First Release! (MSSQL Only)

The packaged executable only runs on .Net 4.5 because that's what I built it in. Sorry.

You can download the code and compile it into another framework (3.5 / 4), and it should work.
You will need to update the reference to the CsvHelper.dll in the packages folder.

Windows 7/8 will probably show a dialog that this program has an unknown publisher.
