  • Completed: making the decision of chosen functions
  • To be completed: making the digital prototype on marvel (search for new host/list of contacts) + user testing

Hamish

  • Completed: researched on current mobile application
  • To be completed: making the digital prototype on marvel (application navigation) + user testing

Nemo

  • Completed: research on the target audience (guest side), user testing question (guest side + application)
  • To be ompleted: making the digital prototype on marvel (chatting page) + user testing; start preparation for video clips.

Momoka

  • Completed: finalized work task for the team, and done the video script; user testing question (host side + application), decided the colour pattern.
  • To be completed: generate the questions to questionnaire, making the digital prototype on marvel (map and Augmented Reality) + user testing

In this week, we are working on a current prototype and user testing, focusing on improvement of design and beginning to implement functionality with a fully finalised justification of the concept if any domain research is to occur. The Further iteration and evaluation should be completed through weeks 11 and 12.

As we got a stand-up session next week, during this week's contact, we made the design decisions of whether to do the map or not.

Also, we are going to turn the low fidelity prototype into a digital prototype with more details. We currently have mock-ups of four pages - map, contacts, chat, and profile. We did not do too much practical until we generate all the ideas and existing general solutions based on user testing from last round (paper prototyping). But by the next week, we will form the digital prototype for the next round of texting.

In the meantime, Momoka and Nemo are reforming the user testing for the digital prototype. Momoka is also working on target user testing and has distinguished it from guest and host side. Because we are slightly worried about making sure the needs of the target audience, we need to consider how we are testing the actual users from the real world.
