Tasks for Participants in Prototype User Testing Session:

  • Find and join UQ Yoga and Meditation Club
  • Find the chat for the UQ Yoga and Meditation Club
  • View your events calendar
  • View all events being run by UQ Yoga and Meditation Club
  • As club executive, create an event for UQ Yoga and Meditation Club

Don't forget to look at higher level "usefulness" of the application - not just the formal usability of it

Results from user testing session 10th September:

  1. Successfully joined, while asking "did that do it?"
  2. Successfully found chat
  3. Thought events list was the list of events they had responded too - not all events available
  4. Successfully viewed
  5. Created an event - noted that a link to calendar should be included in the navigation bar, but otherwise stated calendar interface was "clear"
