The DID URL Resolution section https://identity.foundation/didwebvh/#did-url-resolution appears to be out of date. The examples don't have the SCID in the method specific identifier. I think that's the only change required but I'm not totally sure..

Thanks! I’ll put that down to a “clarification” and update it in the v0.4, v0.5 and Editor’s Draft.
