wps and deliverables
This page summarises the ongoing work across all Work Packages (WPs) that was proposed to CRANE - PCP stakeholders.
Project execution as per plan with weekly stand-ups and regular CRANE Monitoring Team alignment meetings, internal workshops and hackathons, planning, executing and following-up co-creation workshops (online and in-person) and timely delivery of requested inputs and deliveries.
DELIVERABLES: co-creation workshops, planned and ad-hoc deliverables, status updates etc
Integration as per specification. Internal hackathon integrating data intermediation service provider (iGrant.io) functions with the Healfy App.
DELIVERABLE: The CRANE version of the Healfy App (dAPP) is integrated with the iGrant.io SDK, and the Wallet functions are implemented for 3 use cases.
Data Protection Impact Assessment performed. The results have been converted to machine-readable data agreements.
DELIVERABLE: DPIA results outline the purposes of data processing, legal basis, etc., for the Healfy App.
Design has been done; see Chapter 4.0 Use case, and implemented in the first version of dAPP.
DELIVERABLE: Prototypes in Figma for the three applications. The first version of the new design was implemented in the Healfy App for citizens.
Initial specification of dataspace marketplace (primary use) and Virtual Data Lake (Metadata for secondary use)

Making services accessible for the different use cases/actors in the CRANE environment.

An earlier iteration is available and is being formulated to align with the business model discussion.

NOTE: The dHDSI team has built and deployed an MVP integrated with the data intermediation service provider. The deployed version of the full stack can be accessed here. The full stack is deployed as below:

Aligned test protocol with CRANEOrganise workshop for e2e testing with demo environment up and running (acc to what is included in test protocol v01)
DELIVERABLE: Test protocol
Preparations for user testing: Large-scale quantitative user testing combined with small-scale qualitative user testing to ensure a useful, accessible, and desired user experience. Preparations include creating a roadmap for user testing, drafting a test protocol, creating a detailed list of requirements for recruiting relevant test participants, and choosing a digital tool to perform the testing.

Alignment with new consortia member’s (Redpill Linpro) internal processes for risk management and contingency planning.
