Add useful git hooks

Git hooks can be useful to avoid committing untested components.

For example dbt-checkpoint can be configured to run and test dbt models before they get committed.

Note on priority: this feature is not particularly pressing, since there is currently no community of developers at all where hooks would be most helpful to enforce certain practices and conventions.
