Release Notes: SMT - QualityOfLife v1.0.0

We are thrilled to announce the first release of SMT - QualityOfLife, a BepInEx mod for Supermarket Together! This mod aims to enhance your gameplay experience by adding convenient features that simplify in-game tasks without compromising the game's balance.

What's New

NPCAdder Mod

  • Extend NPC Limit: Increase the maximum number of NPC employees in your store beyond the default cap, up to 15 NPCs.
  • User-Friendly Interface: Add or remove NPC employees easily through an in-game GUI.
  • Unlock Requirement: Available once all NPC-related upgrades have been purchased in-game.
  • Dynamic Adjustment: Modify the NPC count on the fly to suit your management style.

Note: Currently, only the NPCAdder Mod is available. Other features are in development and will be released in future updates.

Installation Instructions

  1. Ensure BepInEx is Installed:
    • If you haven't installed BepInEx for Supermarket Together, download it from the BepInEx releases page and follow their installation instructions.
  2. Download SMT - QualityOfLife:
    • Get the SMTQualityOfLife.dll file from the Releases section of this repository.
  3. Install the Mod:
    • Place the SMTQualityOfLife.dll file into the BepInEx/plugins folder located in your game directory.
  4. Launch the Game:
    • Start Supermarket Together. The mod will load automatically upon startup.

How to Use the NPCAdder Mod

  • Open the Mod Menu:
    • Press Ctrl + H while in-game to toggle the main mod window.
  • Enable the NPCAdder Mod:
    • In the main mod window, navigate to the NPCAdder Mod section.
    • Check the box to enable the mod.
    • Click on Mod Settings to open the NPCAdder settings.
  • Adjust the NPC Count:
    • Use the + Add button to increase or the - Remove button to decrease the maximum number of NPCs.
    • The changes will take effect immediately, allowing you to manage your store more efficiently.
