Is there any way to fetch the owner's email? #22

At the moment, the only option for checking an email is through Pkgwat#get_changelog but there is no way to distinct which mail is the owner's since a package could have a co-maintainer or be rebuilt by rel-eng.

Just from looking at the api it looks like there's only an owner name and some sort of it. I could maybe ask the fedora-infra guys to return it though.

Yeah, I checked the pkgwat.api docs and didn't see any reference. Also in pkgdb-api this is not exposed.

Are you aware of the <pkg>-owner@fedoraproject.org email alias? It's an alias that allows one to contact all the person involved for a package.
