This could be useful for several situations. For example, in Notion sometimes I need to place the cursor in a field but there's no hint for the field (it might be because it only becomes contenteditable once you click). Most of the time there's a hint above that I could just refer to.

For example, here saying click below gust here would allow me to continue adding checklist items.

Another use for this would be to use with the command drag as defined in #109.

<number> is the number of pixels for the target position relative to the hinted element. By default it could be something like 10.
