Scrolling doesn't work properly in Slack using Chrome

The first time you use any of the scrolling commands it works fine but then it scrolls less and less every time. They seem to be doing something strange with scrolling.

I don't think there's anything I can do for the moment. Maybe when I implement moving the cursor I can implement a command for scrolling with talon.

This issue is not present if scroll behavior is "instant".
