Updates from vegetation analytics done in November.

Added analysis on:

  1. EVI timeseries analysis and trends
  2. Diff vs Diff analysis to establish context of conflict and agriculture
  3. Drought analysis with EVI trend analysis around water bodies
  4. Land Cover land use change analysis with cropland area change maps
  5. Clean up and edits made to visuals as discussed in check-ins

Also tried removing exceeding size notebooks before pushing
