What is the problem? (only list ONE problem per report)

The 8BitDo Neo-Geo controller does not function properly with the latest firmware (or any other firmware I tried) with the Retro Scaler Neo-Geo adapter on the Neo-Geo CD. The C button Function does not work at all. You can map other buttons to the "C button" position and they function, but the C button "function" itself does not work at all even if it's remapped to a different controller position. It also seems to maybe be pressing something constantly as some videos seemingly skip automatically.

What did you expect to happen?

All face buttons to function properly, button remapping to work properly.

Forget this bug, I picked up another Retro Scaler dongle and it's working fine, it must have just been a faulty unit.
