When you CTRL + / on a Doc comment (with triple /) it keeps one of the /. I'd like for DartPad to know how to handle that. This would be useful for uncommenting examples on docs for testing something out.

We can bind to any keys (in my case I've bonded it to CTRL + SHIFT + /) for the convenience of VS Code. I think if this could be done separately and mentioned somewhere it would be nice too. But maybe when the user wants to remove a comment always remove all / at the start no matter what?
