IDEAL

This repository contains MATLAB source code for IDEAL fitting to estimate IVIM parameters.

Features

  • Fully-automated IDEAL IVIM parameter estimation

Supported file formats

  • 2D and 3D DWI *.nii or *.nii.gz data

Getting started

Prerequisites

This toolbox requires MATLAB and has been tested on version 2021a and newer. The following toolboxes are required:

Download the latest version from this GitHub repository.

  • Automatic multi-slice analysis
