Hey, would it be possible to add a filter List, or simply an blacklist/whitelist for local addresses that should be ignored or not.
Example:
My friendly-neighbor machine mounts a samba share of the server that goes to sleep. Once asleep, the machine starts again because the samba share tries to reconnect. It would be cool to filter out the local ip, in my case, to act against this.
This would also help, if only specific devices (ip adresses) are allowed to power on the device.

Hey @joley-gh thanks for the feedback. This is a neat idea, but I unfortunately don't have time to add new features at the moment...
However - I solved a problem similar to this one, just with AFP instead of SMB. I solved it like this -- the idea is to prevent reconnects by stopping the file sharing service right before the server goes to sleep. You should be able to use the same approach, just substituting Samba for Netatalk.
