feat: update HTML parsing logic and fine-tune goreleaser filters

The HTML parsing logic has been refactored to eliminate the 'contains' parameter and accommodate HTML values in the report. The goreleaser's exclusion criteria have been revised to exclude 'test' only, thereby improving proxy settings configuration efficiency. Updates in the application's functionality have been reflected in the documentation.
