Allow theme to be applied without theme provider #53

Apply the default theme like this: https://github.com/jxom/fannypack/blob/v4/packages/fannypack/src/Badge/styled.ts#L8

So when a theme provider isn't used the styles will fall back to the default. Investigate style overrides too.
