v3.0 - Add back hyperlinks and Fix Minor Typos

• The pre-processing done by Repro office broke the table of content links of the PDF as well all the hyperlink references, this release fix that.
• Colors for the cross-references have been returned.
• Other minor typos have been fixed.

v2.1 - Remove Color from Links for Final Printing

• B/W printing is enforced on most of the pages, colors from links (cross-references and hyper-links) are thus removed at the request of the Repro office.

• All figures are now made in R except few of them which were made in either Adobe ai or ipe.
  This was done for a uniform style.
