Extract or somehow store data from CellProfiler experiment tables in CytoTable output

This issue comes from a question @jenna-tomkinson raised about whether CytoTable can store experiment table data somehow. CytoTable doesn't currently include this data in output. Minor note: some testing datasets don't appear to store this data, so it would need to be a possibly optional inclusion (allowing for processing without breaking when implemented).
