7.0.0 - More restored attributes

Changes in 7.0.0

Despite the version jump to version 7, no big changes this time. I was just running out of numbers. The bump of aioblescan might fix some bugs for Bluetooth adapters/sensors that use the extended BLE format, see this and this issue.

• bump aioblescan to 0.2.11
• bump janus to 1.0.0
• added the impedance attribute to weight sensors (when available)
• more sensor attributes are now restored (when restore_state is enabled)
• fix some typo's in the code
