tgenv install latest:^xx breaks when latest version of Terragrunt is a pre-release

This is command that my installer is failing on:
tgenv install latest:^0.23

With the current version being 0.23.36-alpha.1 results in the following error:

[INFO] Installing Terragrunt v0.23.36
[INFO] Downloading release tarball from https://github.com/gruntwork-io/terragrunt/releases/download/v0.23.36/terragrunt_linux_amd64
#=#=#
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

tgenv: tgenv-install: [ERROR] Tarball download failed

This was interesting as I had run a successful run of the installer less than an hour previously.

This issue is still present. Any updates here?
Latest is again broken with version 0.57.9

Sad to report that this is still an issue, which recently broke builds with 0.71.2
