24 Hour Clock

Would be nice to be able to use 24 hour clock and start the week on Monday if possible.

Maybe a settings screen in admin only available to admin users?

Sorry, didn't realize mine was a duplicate. But looks like this thread covers two separate feature requests anyways.

If you don't mind, let's use #43 as the "Week Start Day" thread, and #38 (this one) can focus on the "24 hour clock".

Just tagged 4.1.0 with a new “Start Day” field setting. I’ve removed the start day part from this issue’s title.

This is already possible by setting a different formatting locale which uses a 24 hour clock. Under "My account -> Preferences -> Formatting Locale"
