v1.20.0: Goerli & NPS

Description

This include Goerli testnet.

Additionally it includes a NPS form (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Net_promoter_score) to get the satisfaction score of the users.

This NPS score will be trigger in 3 cases:

• The order experies
• The order is executed
• The order has been pending for more than 5min

The form won't be shown more than 2 times a week (if dismissed).

The users can submit their score and give some written feedback.
