Add Contact Section to About Me pages

@jlaenge - is it possible to have an additional section under the main photo for each team member on the about me page with any contact details - for example matrix address, linkedin profile and/or github profile?

If we want to say get in touch with a particular person in the documentation we then just need to link to the covidgraph.org about me page for that person.

@Jiros sure can do. I'll take a look later today and will give feedback. Do we have a list of contact details from the individual members?

I created a suggestion of how the links could look, as small icons in the top right corner of the person's profile picture. You can see it at https://covidgraph.org/team-new. What do you think? Or would you prefer to have just the names displayed?

Morning Jakob. I like it! Good idea! I'll send a note round on the communication channel to e of Anke has a list anyway and to ask purple for their preferred contact details.
