Refactor code to setup benchmark environment to the framework vs. driver script.

As described in this post it might be easier to write benchmarks if the framework takes care of setting up the CPU scaling governor, the CPU reservation for non real-time tasks, the real-time I/O priority, and lock all the memory of the process up front.
