We can skip the release notes here as this is only for downstream (fedora) packaging and does not really impact the software in this repo itself. |

We are changing from
fedora-rawhidetofedora-allinpropose-downstreamjob. This will release the changes to all the branches, not only rawhide, making the releases faster and simpler.
