Most efficient strategy for multiple static sites with its own domains

Was wondering what's the best strategy if I am using Coolify to host some wordpress sites, pocketbase, and multiple static sites.

For static sites, I tried it with the github integration and it deployed it with nginx. But was thinking if I have 10+ sites, does that mean it needs to run 10 instances of nginx for each site and I need 10 repos for each static site? Anything more efficient?

For pocketbase, I have a custom compiled version. What is best solution for such a case to run it with coolify?
