Is it possible to set nixpacks.toml without adding it to the source repository?

Description

I don't have write access to the source repository. So I can't add required nixpacks.toml when deploying a laravel app.

I've tried using Storages / File Mount to set nixpacks.toml manually, but it doesn't work w/o specifying NIXPACKS_CONFIG_FILE env.

Is it possible to set nixpacks.toml without adding it to the source repository?
