What does this PR do:
While supporting AWS Glue Schema Registry for Gateway encryption, there is a conflict between Confluent and AWS Glue Schema Registry.
Confluent Schema Registry requires square-wireschema version 5.0.0, while AWS Glue Schema Registry (this repository) only uses version 4.3.0.
This PR upgrades the square-wireschema library from version 4.3.0 to 5.0.0.
