I always get "invalid date" when trying to submit an ical source

Upon realizing that Google Calendar has disconnected XML feeds effective Nov. 18th, I have been scrambling trying to find a way to get my calendar back up. However, I have never been able to get Concerto Ca lender plugin to work. I always get a message saying invalid date when I try to submit it to a feed. Attached is a screenshot of just some very basic settings I was using to test. I have tried this with a Google Calendar ical feed, an exchange ical feed, and in the screenshot is an ical file. I appreciate any assistance with this.
