If you want to make changes and compile your own copy:

	Ghostscript
	SIunits (Tex) for the mathematical symbols.

On Debian-derived systems, install the following packages:
	ghostscript
	texlive-science (for SIunits)
	texlive-pstricks (for PSTricks)
	texlive-lang-cyrillic (for Cyrillic text)
